'Training for success' is about boosting team performance, confidence and engagement though quality drinks education. The drinks industry is, like others, experiencing challenging times – but for that reason there has never been a stronger case for investing in quality drinks training for your team. Structured training has been proven to increase premium drinks sales and help businesses retain their best staff, whilst simultaneously boosting employee confidence and self-esteem.
This discussion will be led by Liam Scandrett & Rachel Webster from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and will bring together a panel of experts from across the hospitality industry to discuss:

How to use your training credentials to attract and retain great people
How education can help individuals in their career
The discussion will be followed by an opportunity to ask questions to the panel, and to taste your way through our different qualification levels. This will then be followed by a post-Christmas celebration where we invite everyone to bring a bottle of their choice to share in drinks afterwards.
